- 10 baby corns
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp green chillie paste
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp soya sauce
Preparation
- Mix ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, pepper and mustard powrder and soya sauce
- Marinate baby corns in the above mixture for 30 min
- Deep fry in hot oil
- Serve hot
