BABY CORN FINGERS

Ingredients:

  • 10 baby corns
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chillie paste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
Preparation
  • Mix ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, pepper and mustard powrder and soya sauce
  • Marinate baby corns in the above mixture for 30 min
  • Deep fry in hot oil
  • Serve hot
