Ingredients
Birakaya - 1 kg
Green Chillies -
Salt to taste
Coriander
Preparation
Peel slightly (not too much, just those edges, as it is tasty with its skin on). Cut it into pieces
In a pan add oil and heat it.
Add greenchillies and fry
Add birakaya and fry well
Grind it.
Add thamlimpu and mix in the birakaya pachadi
Garnish with coriander
