Crispy Peanut Potato Chaat

4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into cubes
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1 1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin seed powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice 
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste


  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the potatoes and saute on medium heat while stirring, till they are crisp and golden brown in color
  • Add the peanuts and saute for 1-2 minutes
  • Add all the other ingredients, mix well and cook on medium flame for more 1-2 minutes. Serve hot
