EGG MASALA - KODI GUDDU VEPUDU


Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs boiled
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp roasted chana dhal powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
Preparation
  • Add chilli powder, chana dhal powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • In a pan add oil and add the above mixture.
  • Saute for a min and add boiled eggs.
  • Cook on low flame for 5-10 mins and tasty, colorful Egg curry is ready
