Ingredients:
- 4 eggs boiled
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp roasted chana dhal powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- Add chilli powder, chana dhal powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- In a pan add oil and add the above mixture.
- Saute for a min and add boiled eggs.
- Cook on low flame for 5-10 mins and tasty, colorful Egg curry is ready
