Carrot Pachadi


Quick and easy pachadi - healthy and less oily

Ingredients:

  • Carrots - 1/4 kg, grate it
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli Powder -  1/2 tsp
  • 2 Lemons
  • Green Chillies - 4(slit longitudinal)
  • Thalimpu seeds
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Garlic
  • Curry leaves
Preparation:
  • Grate the carrots and add to a bowl
  • Squeeze lemon juice
  • Add Red Chilli Powder
  • Add Salt to taste
  • Mix well
  • In a pan add oil and add thalimpu, green chillies, garlic, curry leaves
  • Add this thalimpu into the bowl above and mix well
This really tastes yummy
