Quick and easy pachadi - healthy and less oily
Ingredients:
- Carrots - 1/4 kg, grate it
- Salt
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- 2 Lemons
- Green Chillies - 4(slit longitudinal)
- Thalimpu seeds
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Garlic
- Curry leaves
Preparation:
- Grate the carrots and add to a bowl
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Add Red Chilli Powder
- Add Salt to taste
- Mix well
- In a pan add oil and add thalimpu, green chillies, garlic, curry leaves
- Add this thalimpu into the bowl above and mix well
This really tastes yummy
